How to redo clone helmets
Before I start, I recommend you do this to regular helmets or pilot helmets.
You will need:
Nail varnish remover pads
Some water
A helmet
White spirit (optional)
1. Go over the helmet completely with the pads, until there is no more markings. When I say marking I mean stuff like the "mouth" and the patterns
2. If it the ink starts running, quickly dunk it in some water. When it has stopped, continue.
3. do whatever you like with it!
4. If you are to late and the ink dries, wash the helmet in white spirit until it is totally white.
This can be very useful, as I have found that a clone without the "Mouth" looks really cool.

Hmm, sounds interesting, Brasso is supposed to work well too. I can't stomach removing printing when already printed elements are fairly rare. I just buy helmets from Arealight, and Wuzzupbob that are already plain.

That's a great idea Aki! I wonder why I haven't thought of that yet! I would have to agree with Astoria though. I'd reather keep a printed helmet, and buy a blank one rather than ruin it.

Well, some of us can't buy stuff from Wuzzupbob and Arealight, so this method works for us.

An Expo marker is for a dry erase board. So you wipe it, it Comes off! When it comes off it takes printed on and decals right off!

Never heard of it. I think it's because I live in England.

I guess any Dry erase board marker will work (I think).
Make sure to check your spelling before posting, although sometimes I make the same mistake as well.-MOD
