Well, technically it's Guild-Membes only, but since he already HAS a legion, he just needs to join the Guild.

I had a legion months before CABG was ever created, so having an official CABG legion occurs after you join the guild.

Well, first take a non-distracting background. Like the back of a poster which is white. Brown and a mirror is VERY distracting.

And another thing: thing about what you're building and compare it with something which officially is in Star Wars. For example the Ion Cannon. In Ep. V you see an Ion Cannon is a very big cannon with huge firepower and therefore needs to be very big. I can't find that in yours. Just an arms with a small box on the end.

That's one of the basic things of the MOC. Can you image a small blaster with the firepower of a Ion Cannon? No. So think about that before you build something. You meade a good, no great start but it just all seems a bit weird.
