CW ARC Trooper/Clone Commander Reference Material

On the clonewars wiki it says the Havoc's armour shows he has the rank of Lieutenant.

Is this "Havoc" the same one that appears on the ARC Troopers episode?

Don't think so. I searched unknown blue arc trooper on google. Must be a different (?) Havoc.

I'm confused, are you going to make FIGS, or MOCS, or whatever.
If it is FIGS, it will be awesome.

By the way, I looked up that blue arc trooper and on every site it said it was unknown. "Havoc" would be a good name though.
