However be sure to give credit in the future in an image's comment box if you have to upload it to your account or create a subfolder called "Other Peoples MOC's". Even though this community is world wide, the better you get the more people recognize your work. Why you would post someone else's work on your Flickr account is a whole other issue, plagiarism will get you nowhere good. And yes they are right, I probably could report your account to Flickr and they might close your account however I'd prefer that you actually learn netiquette rather then having them nuke you.

PS: I got a good laugh out the fact that my "pre-Flickr years" stuff is finally making it on to Flickr without any effort on my part.

I actually just noticed your entire account is other peoples work and official TLG sets. You should probably reread Flickr's rules on posting images. And delete 100% of your images or just your whole account before someone else has it done for you. FM sent too.

Conclusion:

Morel of the story is don't be a n00b. Post your work or don't post at all. We (CABG members) are on hundreds of other forums and user groups, viewing thousands of images daily. If it's not yours someone will notice.

A couple of Flickr users and I have been working on this case over at Brick~Busters for about two weeks now.

I tried to reason with him before. My exact words were "Please don't upload what isn't yours. Flickr has strict guidelines and it can get you banned." That's it. Bam. Done. But no, he decides to just block me and continue to act like nothing happened.

I hate these noobs, who just take our MOCs and claim it as their own. I think they are noobs trying to be popular and are too lazy to make their own MOC. They just want to popular without any effort in building, the only effort is in stealing ideas from the builders who really stressed themselves in building and designing. They just want to let other builders think that the MOC is theirs and get popular and win a contest. It's better to work hard for your MOCs than steal someone's MOC. The Decal pages should be a 'Guild member only' place to avoid plagiarism. Of all sites, I do not recommend anyone to join MOCpages, it's the Clonetard capital of the world, there are some gifted builders like EKO, ACpin Brickdoctor and many other non-Noob builders. MOCpages is full of Noobs. Just type 'Clone Trooper' you'll see what I mean, you would hate it, you would see copied MOCs and 'customs' that looks horrible to a point I want to punch the screen. There's too much Plagiarism in MOCpages. We should at least lock the topics and make it a 'members only' page so no one will steal our MOCs made from hard work and not something stolen from someone. We should do something about it before this incident happens again.

Tac speaks truth. Legoboy only started giving credit after many a flickr users shot him out of the sky when he tried to sell Saber Scorpion's Warthog.
He took down the pictures for a little bit and came back with Saber Scorps permission to use the design.

Yeah hes stolen countless designs including Saber Scorpion's mongoose and warthog, Mondayn00dle's warthog, hiddendragon12009's covenant drone, brute, and hunter figures and banshee, 1000brickproductions phantom and covenant grunt figures, flaminbabies735's falcon and mongoose, and saber scorpion's elite design. He's frikking nuts. Hes a pure evil lego stealing freak who has no life . And then finally people started to demand credit from him, so he went to people and "got permission".
