Police Chopper
My reinterpretation of the police bike from the Freeze Ray Frenzy set. Lots of influence from the Judge Dredd police bike.

This is part of a large display I have planned for Brickworld 2011 if nothing drastic happens to my finances this year. A teaser of a small wip portion below.

Bigger pics in my flickr gallery, link in my sig.

Very nice. Cockpit design is interesting. Hope you get into brickworld. The front of the bike looks like a bird.

Re: Police Chopper
I like how you made the front of the chopper.
The display is amazing. Love the SNOT and the whole structure. So many details you added that others wouldn't, like by/next to/in the water.

Re: Police Chopper
Very well done. The front, as many have said, is artfully done. I really like the shape cross over, the circles intersecting looks very nice. The back lights are also cool, and the window plate is unique and gives the apperance of protection while still leaving the "bike" open.
Re: Police Chopper
Very nice. Everything is so clean, and I love studless MOC's! How big are you planning the display to be?

Halen FTW
I'm excited to see this dio develop. It's a great idea to get started now and just spread the finances out over the next year. The bike looks wonderful. I love how it's about 3 bricks wide. Nice streamlined design too.

Thanks everybody for your comments!
@Knight: The final size will depend on a lot on money available. Right now I'm shooting for 4 16x32 baseplate across with two area in front of those being 32x32.
@Revo: I always make things hard on myself with the odd sized mocs.

I love a good challenge as well. Usually I do it with complex connections.

^If you mean TLC's design then agreed. Why can't TLC make more interesting sets?!

Re: Police Chopper
Actually AB, it could be TLC or TLG. The LEGO Group, or The LEGO Company. This is a great build Halen. Nice use of SNOT.
Re: Police Chopper
Nice job Halen, the arches above the water is perfect! The police bike though, the front looks good, but I don't like how the back is open.
