Just checked out the final product in your photostream, pretty well done. Smile

The head and teeth are definitely the best part. I think the arms and legs could use a little work though since they're blocky.

I think you should make the tail longer and bulkier judging on your reference picture, and maybe cover up the elbow joints on those arms, make it look more streamlined. Can't wait to see the finished product.

I like the rancor as a whole now, it just seems to me that the arms are a tiny bit blocky and you should be able to fix it.
