Marcus Fenix and Jack

In the spirit of impulse sets, I made this from the video game Gears of War:

Marcus looks pretty cool, not bad overall.

The fig actually looks pretty cool, nice combo!

The robot is all right, but the fig has that whole big, tough, commando look and I like that.

The fig is decked out and many, though he doesn't have the heavy armour of Gears of War, it still has a nice big bad and buff military feel. The robbot is not very well done, but with limited pieces it's understandable. The top half is notably worse than the bottom half, which is actually fairly good at parts.

Yes, I made a point on Flickr to say I meant to give Jack one of those Exo-Force robot silver torsos, only I never got those sets.

I actually redid Marcus with that old Insectoid shoulder rig that Jens recommended on Flickr, and I'll post it as soon as I have pictures.

Nice job, the commando is the best part.
