Abortion! (T-6 Shuttle)
Abortion! (T-6 Shuttle)
Yeah so off and on over the past few weeks I've been working on a T-6 Shuttle. This design version completely failed on take off. I've shredded it for now since my brother and his wife a coming into town for the weekend and the basement needed to be clean for the PARTY!

Wow, this is truly epic WIP creation! Is there anything you can't build? I give it 50 out of 10 so far.Edit: You scrapped it!

Too bad, this could have been great...
Looks like the neck snapped on take-off, and I'm not surprised - either the wings are too heavy, the neck design sucks, or both.

Too bad, it looked like it would have been a nice creation. I hope you try and complete that eventually.

Wow, you should have kept building it, it was an awesome ship

Were the wings falling apart first or did the neck give in first ? Any way, I feel bad that you have to take it apart. It look's great. I hope you build back up again soon.

Re: Abortion! (T-6 Shuttle)
Can't you just put this in the cabinet and finish it later?
It's to good to scrap.

Yeah I wanted the minifigures to be able to walk between the cockpit and the main bay but the neck was too weak to support the wings. It snapped off very easily. I'll revisit this ship at another time when I have some more of a certain piece. I had one but I'll need 2 to design the way I intended originally.

There's some issues with main body that I didn't like too. So I just scrapped it. The support for the wings needs to go deep into the interior of the main body.

Re: Abortion! (T-6 Shuttle)
The shape was very cool, especially the big engine part and the cockpit. Too bad the scrapping had to occur, but nI'm sure you'll tackle it and make an even better version when you're good and ready!

Hot damn! It's got a great shape. I'm eager to see the final product as usual.

Victory? Victory, you say? Master Obi-Wan, not victory. The shroud of the dark side has fallen. Begun, The Clone War has.

Inside every grey brick is a rainbow waiting to be released. It's a shame the rainbow's grey too.
