King Tiger Tank (v2)
The second edition of the bad-*** tank known as The Tiger II tank, the King Tiger, the Bengal Tiger, Royal tiger, Tiger B and my personal favourite, Königstiger, throughout the world. Armed with an 8.8cm Kampfwagenkanone and protected by 100-180mm thick armour, this 68 metric ton tank packed quite a punch. This is the model with the Henschel/Krupp turret.
Onto the build: I built v1 actually quite a while ago, but after having my friends over and putting it in the corner I noticed how much better I could do with it, so I gave it ground clearence, a lower hull, working hatches that fit full figuers and the reworked turret, which I think turned out great. Inspiration came from Brickmania's latest Panther Tank.
Enjoy! (MG42 by brickarms. NOT for trade.)
Overview:

Closer view of the Henschel/Krupp Turret:

Profile view. Notice the glently sloped side skirts and large use of SNOT on the turret:

Comparison with a VW Kübelwagen Type 82 and Wehrmacht Footsoldier.

With crap-tastic V1 for comparison:

Good job
Wow Phima good job, the turret Looks better than the V1 and I love the snot. You are so lucky to have a brickarms MG42. Overall it deserves this completely. :wuzzupbob:

Re: King Tiger Tank (v2)
Pure awesomeness... seems I am using often too often now a days. i love this tank! It is a lot better then the first one but I bet if you took another stab at it you would make it even better then the second one!
I didn't see anything wrong with the first one but my untrained eyes wouldn't be a good judge though I do know we are our own most critical judge!

Re: King Tiger Tank (v2)
The sides near the treads are a bit studdy, and the overall tank is just maybe a plate or two short. Otherwise a vast improvement from the first.

Re: King Tiger Tank (v2)
No. The turret slopes too far, it's too small on both ends.

The new slopes and tiles make it looks much better than your first attempt, very nice.

Awesome. Everything from your first tank was greatly improved as others have said

If I had a physical stamp of approval, I'd give you a stamp of approval. But you'll need to make do with this.

I have to say: One of the best (LEGO) tanks that I've ever seen.
