[WIP]Mandolorian War Droid

Well not really an exact canon War Droid...more like a new version..or old since it's Old Republic Era I made this for.


Any tips?

(Looks at Revo, Rook, DY...a little at Tac )

I don't remember what the original looks like (and I'm too lazy to get check), but for what it looks great so far!

When I didn't know this was a WIP, I was gonna say, EPIC FAILZ.

Give him some good critism them. -_-

Anyhoo, I'm not a fan of the front, I think finding a solution for all those poles will be hard.

Also, make sure it flows well with lots of gaps and bits sticking out.

That's the only one I've ever seen... (Until now. )

Here's a few ideas.

1. make the clip things being used on the toes (The ends) Pointy with those small horn pieces.

2. Add some tubing along the sides

3. as Tac said, find a different solution to the very front part.

And wtf is up with "A little"

It's definitely missing some large hoses. Maybe the ones from the old Mindstorms sets. Something like that.

Needs more bulk.

That's a great idea, those hoses... I just might attempt to build something like this, if only to make use of those hoses.

I'm with Fix, it's too elongated.

The hoses....I have a good idea, which will include flex tubing.

And I'm gonna experiment with some of those 2X1 hinges to slope the front.

It doesn't really look like the 'real' thing in this stage, but I'm sure it will later.

I thought about making one these a while back but just haven't gotten around to it. Crazy looking things aren't they.
