8014 Alternative: AT-RT

Post by Astor on Sun Nov 08, 2009 10:32 am

Ever since I first got hold of an CW BP. I have wanted to make a AT-RT out of it. Smile
Here's the result:

What do you think?
1 Bp = 1 AT-RT Wink

I'll post instructions if you guys want.

Meh, it's ok. Though I don't really like how the body is rectangular on that one part. Otherwise, it's not half bad.

Gerrard's right that it's boxy around the "hips", but taking into consideration the fact that you were working with only one set, it's a nice build.

The legs and feet look like the ones in the set...

It's okay, but I think that the body is a bit too rectangular. Where did you get that helmet though? Wink Smile

He probably made it because it doesn't look like anything I've seen.

I have 2. Wow this thing looks
1 from CT44
1 from DP

They are Cac Defects.

Also I think I just found a solution to the "rectangular" problem.

It doesn't exactly look like an AT-RT, but it's a lot better than LEGO's design. Instructions, please? Wink

I doesn't look exactly like a AT-RT but for making it out of a CBP it looks fairly good.

For a Bp build I have to say that it looks great.

Of coarse, if it was just a free build I would have different opinions. Shocked

That's a nice custom AT-RT, especially cause it was made out of a battle pack. Blue Arc

You know what, this might just be a viable alternate to the relatively plain generic BP walker. I actually quite like this. Smile Blue Arc
