502nd Hard suit (October GBuild)

Post by Knight on Fri Oct 23, 2009 2:54 pm

The 502nd hard suit. This suit was used in the 502nd. In this moc it is attacking a CIS ship yard.

Updated added new feet.

Pic of the hard suit by it's self.

Old pics.
More pics.

True, the shoulders do look nice, just like the rest of the suit.

I would change your title so it doesn't match the contest title exactly.
Something like this:
501st Commando's 'Hardest' Suit (Contest entry). Wink

502nd, Ano.

Anyways, This is good, and I do like the cockpit area, but I do thing maybe some sort of glass would do nicely to shield the troopers, and I do find the arms lacking in the poseability dept. But that's just what I can tell from the main pic, the Bshelf folder isn't public.

Anyways this is pointless to discuss since it could go either way. Wink
To get on topic...
The suit is very good. I like the legs the best of the hard suit.

The arms use those T-shaped pieces, so they can move all around. The arms can also move up, and down. Wink

I like the arms more than the legs. The feet on the legs seem a bit too bulky. Wink

As Phaze said, the cockpit is very nice but the trooper seems a little too exposed. I'n not a fan of those feet - the toes are too big and ugly. Maybe you can make them smaller, or just remove them completely.

But overall, this is a pretty decent build.
