762nd AT-MP Walker

All Terrain Multipurpose Platform (AT-MP)
Description:
The AT-MP is a medium scale walker commonly seen in the Grand Army of the Republic, including the 762nd Legion. The walker bore high strength armour plating and four legs that can provide the walker with brilliant speed, especially for a walker of its size. It is designed for fulfilling multiple roles on the battlefield, and consists of several detachable segments and attachment sites where the AT-MP can be optimised for an ideal role for a mission.
In most cases, the AT-MP is used as an offensive vehicle, and will be optimised with any of the following weapon attachments:

HOSE-R3 High Output Sonic Emitter
A multiple purpose weapon, capable of incapacitating enemy personnel or reducing structures to rubble by generating powerful sonic waves.
Attachment site/s: Left side, right side

MR-98/F Mass Driver Cannons
A precision weapon similar to the AT-AP's cannon, designed for long range bombardment.
Attachment site/s: Top

ZR-8882 Heavy Blaster Cannon
A heavy blaster weapon designed for vehicle destruction and infantry suppression.
Attachment site/s: Left side, right side

FR-4A Flamethrower
A weapon that coats targets in a highly exothermic burning liquid; perfect for anti-personnel use, suppression, or for clearing vegetation.
Attachment site/s: Left side, right side
In other cases, the AT-MP provides tactical support for nearby forces and will carry any of the following attachments:

RSG-32/T Shield Generator
A small bubble shield generator that can protect the AT-MP and anything within a 12 metre radius of the generator from enemy attacks.
Attachment site/s: Top

CC-R2 Communications Booster
A long-range communications pack that can act as a relay for friendly forces.
Attachment site/s: Left side, right side

SXR-55 Smoke Generator
A dispenser that can generate smoke screens for friendly forces, or release incapacitating nerve agents against enemy forces.
Attachment site/s: Top
When not in combat, the AT-MP can also act as a carrier for cargo or for infantry. Additionally, the AT-MP carries a hard-mounted, light blaster cannon for anti-personnel use:

While there are generally no limitations to what elements could be combined together:

The availability of attachments, energy demand and required cargo capacity will need to be considered before optimising an AT-MP unit. Else, it will reduce the practicality and efficacy of the individual AT-MP and/or the armour group as a whole.
Statistics:
Ht: 6 m ---- L: 6 m ---- W: 5 m ---- Wt: 5 000 kg
Max Speed: 45 km/h (no optimisation), 34 km/h (at its heaviest), 50 km/h (at its lightest)
Armament: (various, see above)
Crew: 1 pilot, 1 gunner, up to 9 passengers
About the MOC:
Yeah... I got nothing to say about it - ask me something...

This is a good design! I love all of the different compatibilities that it has. Would you let me borrow your shield generator design and give the credit to you?

This is amazing, I love the way you can switch out the weapons, and the weapons are great.

That's super badass! I love the interchangeable guns and equipment. What does the interior look like?
Re: 762nd AT-MP Walker
Awesome design and different details and such. The weapons that are interchangeable kick and.. well.... the whole thing kicks arse.
Re: 762nd AT-MP Walker
A very good unique creation for a walker!
Great job on designing that weaponry!

Re: 762nd AT-MP Walker
This thing is epic win. The weapons are very cool (As already informed). The back is also very interesting, with the angled plates meeting, but not touching eachother. May I ask for pictures of the inside?

He can build. He has an astounding level of creativity. His back-stories are brilliant. HE CAN USE PHOTO EDITING SOFTWARE (I hope GIMP) DECENTLY!
Have my babies!
The MOC has to be one of the best ones I've seen in a LONG time that isn't from the Trio of Terror (Rook, Legorev, Tac). It's nicely detailed, without overuse of greebles, and has a simply splendid view-screen design. When you add on the modules, all boxiness is negated - turning the MOC into a pleasantly square walker.
I don't know why anyone hasn't thought of something like this before, but I'm thoroughly envious of the fact that you beat me to the idea
. For it's a great one!

Re: 762nd AT-MP Walker
You had me until I saw the feet. the rest of the model is great, but the feet from the at-te are kinda bland next to the rest of this fabulous model. I like all the weapons systems and you provide a convincing reason for them being there. But I think the flamethrower, and heavy blaster could be fixed up a little, other than those nitpicks I love this model. Well done sir.

No, really? The whole thing is a nice MOC though. I love the interchangeable weapons system. Great job!
Re: 762nd AT-MP Walker
Man MikeZulu this is an awesome looking vehicle you've made here, it looks cool with all those weapons that it has on, you're a really good builder and at the same time a great custom clone maker, most people on here can only do one of those. Are you ever going to start a comic with your legion because I definantly want to see this thing in action?

Re: 762nd AT-MP Walker
Yeah, I'm lazy and I borrowed the AT-TE leg sections - I like them and the rubber bands worked for me, although I did suspect many of you weren't a fan of them.
As for the idea - well, I don't know... Firstly it was meant to be a sniper tank, then an APC with an open rear section for passengers, then just a walker with a missile launcher and a blaster cannon, and then I thought of having multiple modules. Sort of like a progressive process while I was building it...
The inside is a whole bunch of Technic parts and bricks that are holding the outer plates in place - and I'm not removing them again, for a while...
Yes, I used GIMP for that Shield module (mostly because it looked odd unless you knew what it was meant to do)
The Comic I've Said Much About: It might not ever get started. I have planned out stuff for it but I need more time, more bricks and more f***ing batteries for my stupid camera. I'm just posting Legion stuff in the meantime...

Re: 762nd AT-MP Walker
This is easily the best AT-TE mod I've seen, and/or the best original Clone Wars Walker ever. Great work on all the original ideas!

I feel odd. I... I like this.
Sure, it's a box on legs, but it's a box on legs with a cool concept. A customisable walker is actually pretty logical, considering the reams of 'specialised' vehicles that must get used once, then thrown away. This is a clever solution, and your design fits it perfectly. Honestly, yours is shaping up to be one of the best legions on the site. I look forward to whatever you do next.

Re: 762nd AT-MP Walker
I like it, thus, it was review'd
Nice design. Oddly aesthetic, but you can really see that it's meant for combat, unlike some walkers.
