Resistance Warhog

Post by Jens on Sat Jun 27, 2009 4:17 pm

Yes I mean Warhog and not Warthog. A simple table's-crap that i made, I was heavily inspired by Newright. Made for my rip-off Salvation SW planet that I'll make some MOCs for. Pictures are different because I was playing around with flash and GIMP. Oh and one last thing, sorry Tac the combo works too well. Wink

Enjoy!

Oh and this is probably my best wheeled vehicle so far.

Warhog? Hmmm... With that name, and the way it looks, it doesn't look similar to anything! Wink

Looks really good! Smooth and greebled! Smile

Mmmh, I like the angled piece on the front, the windshield and the SNOT at the front, but the 'interior' looks like it's missing something and the back's a bit plain.

*Continuing what Pizza started*

If you add a few things, like a turret this would still be so original. Razz

No, this was actually really good. Just add some more stuff to the bottom. Oh, and get rid of the shiny rims. They offset the militaryness of the vehicle.

Ahem now for an excuse!

This was a military transport jeep-ish vehicle. Since the new enemy has new technology this were stored in a huge warehouse, that the rebels of course found.

Is anyone else thinking that this could be used for in n out (or hit and run) missions.

Anyone else thinking that this is support, have some tanks in front of them and problem is solved or something like that.

Anyone else thinking we should stop talking like this? Wink

Looks really nice! I like the snot in the front. Does remind me of something(I know what Razz) but still very nicely done. I love the exterior of this.

She's not deep enough, in my opinion - but I don't think you really could make her much deeper. The back of her is much nicer than the front in terms of depth, and I feel as though she doesn't look too much like a troop transport. But aside from that, it's, technically, a very well put together MOC Smile !

Is there any particular reason blue sticks out on the front hood?

Cockpit piece fits nicely, and it looks somewhat sleek. Wink

Maybe where you have that triangular piece on sideways, put on two of them in a triangle with the point facing towards the camera so's it covers the blue, no? Nice figs though, and the rest of the vehicle looks structurally sound to me(except for the whole 'RPG massacre' thing Razz ).

I don't like the front, it's too pointy I think, but the rest looks good. I agree a mounted gun would look nice on there.

What's wrong with the front of the car?

It looks like there's a thick metal sheet hanging off the hood of it.
