The Rocky Gorge.

Post by Bizzle on Mon May 04, 2009 7:29 pm

This is a major WIP. I only have like 1/10th of the whole MOC done as of now. I plan on making some type of bridge and there a tree.

Pic of what I have done.

Over head. The stuff on the left is a rough idea as to the shape of the cliff base, the same goes for the right. The middle area is going to be a river and have a rock or two in it.

A shot with a fig to show you hall tall it is compared to a fig.

Now remember this is still a WIP. I shall be redoing part of it and leaving parts of it how it is.

I love the rocks but would get rid of the holes. It looks really good so far though! Smile

I agree. It would be great to see some clones fighting in there. Maybe some custom armor to go with it?

Great job so far.

It looks good so far. I think it would be kind of cool if like you added some guns that the clones could have put in and put a little base behind the giant wall and have the mountain protecting it. Just a few suggestions, but looks AWESOME!! Smile

Ok, no need to get mad, just giving my opinion. You didn't state that above so I couldn't have known that.

Rock face is great, but using grey rocks on a tan baseplate looks a bit odd to me...

Unless you're doing something about that later...

I'm gonna be buying alot of grey and dark gray slopes to make the rock face better looking. I also will be making the area between my two rock faces into a river, so all the tan will be covered up.

What I would do for the rocks is add lots of different slopes, especially cheese slopes. You seem to have a lot of 3 stud slopes. But you can also just continue doing what your doing. Wink

FAIL.

As for the MOC, it looks OK so far but as Gerrard said fill in the holes! I actually disagree with your hasty response; he was giving constructive critiscism so no need to bite him. See? When you bite him he fails like he does above. Razz JK

CCC- Thanks for the pics. I am going to buy like 100 bucks worth if slopes soon so it well be finished..well atleast one side will be done. And cheeses cost too much for me to buy a large amount of them. So I'm gonna stick with what I have right now.

80-0- I know I will fill in the cracks, even though real rock walls might have stuff like that through out them.
