CS, CSF, or Classic Space Forums, are the Space and Mecha elite. They'd wipe the floor with any and all of you. Both the contest example pods on the FBTB banner were done by CSF members, Chris Giddens and Mark Sandlin. They have their own themes, PCS/Star Justice, and 3vil/Space Skulls. You know, the ones for sale by LEGO?

Since FBTB is general star wars, they have attracted more experienced builders (EX. Nannan, Olog, etc) than we have. Though many of our members can compete on a similar level, they should have a wider user-base, they are general star wars whilst we are just Clone wars.

Yes, although we have less awesome MOCers, we still are the elite on a subject.

Exactly. But, FBTB would never beat us in a custom fig contest. We have Chaotic Good, Wuzzupbob, TB, Jinja, and ME!

Hmm, is CG on FBTB? If not then he and Wuzzup would be own them all indeed.

I just don't see why we can't all shut up about FBTB, and leave them as is.

They're obviously better than us, why argue? Bigger, more members, been around 6 or 7 years longer than us...

Besides, the whole point of this forum was about the Podracer Contest, not to argue on 'how good we are', or 'how I'm so much better than you'.

I think my goal is place top 10, 5, or even 3rd place. But to think I could win is just stupid. Jake is right there's a lot of really good builders out there but in 3 years I've improved a lot so I'm guessing another 3 years and I'll be at some of their levels. With that we have some awesome people here at the CABG, but WE'RE still a small fish in a big pond.

Well back to the topic. I've finished the pod and now I've started the base plate.
