Post by Rogue on Mon Mar 02, 2009 12:05 pm

The quality that Youtube uploaded isn't the same as the orginal.

This is the beginning of my new series, Shadow Force.
Enjoy! Razz

Looks pretty good, although next time, you should not mix all kinds of clone troopers, and get some proper voices in. Wink

Really awesome video! The stop action is great! The blaster bolts are awesome too. But, there was not much battleing. Well, awesome job!

Thanks for the advise DP. Oh, The troopers have different armor now (Hint*) because this is a newly formed squad/group they will be getting the same armor soon. Gareth and Pizzamovies had a mix of clones in there films too you know, some clones like their old armor. Wink Razz

Oh gosh. I stopped watching after 30 sec cause I couldn't hear the voices at all and the animation was very choppy.

The gunship crash scene was a great technique with the mini gunship, but there were a lot of mega blocks throughout the entire set. Also, as far as plot action goes, this is pretty terrible. The gunship crashing is an awesome scene, but what...a tank comes in, all the droids are killed in a few seconds, and then everything is falling action? Needs more tension and plot, but the effects were a good, though the animation was choppy at times.

You know CC... I really hate it when people say everything I was going to say.

But yes, what he said. Also, the voice acting wasn't that great. It's Garet-Style distortion, but it wasn't loud enough, nor was it dramatic enough.

I saw this movie on youtube earlier today (a big coincidence). I think it was pretty good except the voiceovers are somewhat inaudible at times and I personally think the sniper's barrel is too long. Kashyyyk

I like it Rogue. Maybe not move the camera so much, but otherwise, it is well produced. Good special Effects.

I liked the gunship crashing but that was about it, (then again I could not make a good stopmotion video if my life depended on it)

This is a pretty good movie in my opinion, especially the special effects. However, I would suggest developing a more thorough plot line.
But all in all, very good!!

Well here is what I think: The voice was WAAY too low and it sounded chimpmunkey. Effects were not bad but not good. Although, I really loved it with the mini gunship crashing, but you didn't put it in the right position when you made it regular again. I hope this helps you!

Nice, the animation was a little choppy but the effects were very well done. You used Particle Illusion SE, right?
