Update

(11-19-08)
I have already purchased some vibro-swords from UA and have had MMCB work on a sheath. Unfortunately the droid torso has proven to be a problem so I started to look at some assembly ideas.

Check back in a bit for some new pics.

Update

(12-08-08)
I just finished a rough sculpt of a new torso. personally I think that this item will be a show stopper so I am going to save the final reveal until I have it finished.

PS. I have decided to move into the Clone Wars area of customizing and have a few ideas that I am already working on. I will change the site to reflect the addition and most likely will have a big reveal. I will update as it all comes together.

I can't wait to see this! Good idea using the vibro swords. It would be cool if you had a holster like thingy on the back to hold it like the droids did in the show. Maybe take the clip off one of the old ninja headwraps and mod it on there? Just throwing out ideas.

The head's the right shape, but I think the neck's a little too long. Are they going to have blasters as well?

Oh, I see now. Sorry for not understanding that, MMCB! I hope to see what a sheath would look like on a battle droid figure, this should be good!

I would reccomend waiting until the hyena droid bomber comes out in 2009 and using the space droids from that. If you wanna see a pic go to brickshelf and search "star wars 2009".

We all know what they look like... Razz

Anyways, that was actually already mentioned as well as the possibility that they are the droids with the feared Hunter craft, but they are neither. Wink

Actually, they are. If you watched Rising Malevolence you'd know that. If you haven't, then hurry! Go to StarWars.com and watch it ASAP!

Actually, they aren't. The "Hunter" droids are completely gray. The orangeish ones from the Hyena Bomber are some other droid. Possibly a
B1-Air.
