No, there's really major difference. Glasses are these clear fragile things that break with one punch. Macrobinoculars, on the other hand, are opaque and magnify things by a huge amount. They also look much more awesome than glasses.

Do you guys know what'd be really cool? If in Gareth's new Squad 42 video we could look through the macrobinoculars!?! Like, if droids are coming and a clone next to deviss is using binoculars and Deviss looks in the same direction and flips his macros down and the next video shots are a close up of the droids moving in? I think that'd rock!

I can't wait for this A-W-E-S-O-M-E vid!

That's a pretty easy trick to do, you just need a filter, I even now how to do that, and I'm sure Gareth does too.

I feel for ya dude, especially since I know first hand what you're talking about. You said it'll be around 10 mins long? That's going to be a couple weeks of steady filming easy, and that doesn't include editing. That's the one downside to stopmotion, it takes so stinking LONG.

Thank you for the support! Another reason it's taking a while is because I'm trying new filming techniques and I keep having to delete footage so I can get it right! A real pain in the backside!

I think I've filmed about half. Tis going pretty slow at the moment due to schoolwork and such
