The Legend of Sleepy Mos Eisley
Well this was my rather simplistic entry to the October Hocus Pocus Contest. I ran out of funds/tan pieces to complete what I originally had in mind.
However, that project will be recycled and put to good use in the future.
Based off of the Legend of Sleepy Hollow, I created a small 24x25 stud scene which depicted three Storm Troopers on dune patrol in the outer skirts of Mos Eisley. Legend has it that every 31st sunrise/sunset in the tenth month of the planetary rotation, a Dark Storm Trooper can be spotted roaming the dunes atop a dewback. The Storm Troopers flee in fear as they make the frightening encounter.

The legendary headless Dark Trooper
Overall shot of the scene. Very simplistic, but it was my first time giving a shot at this type of layered landscaping.

I like the floor, but other than that, its somewhat plain. Did you draw the red lines on the pumpkin head?

Yeah, it was a simplistic entry. The lines on the pumpkin are actually printed

Really? Mine doesn't have those lines.

I think that's because it's a newer version.

I got my pumpkin head with the Harry Potter troll set and it has the lines across it. @ Revo, it is a good idea but the moc is a bit plain. It's going to be a tough competition.

Yep that's where I got my pumpkins too. Yep it's plain, as I've said I ran out of tan to do my original idea.

I like it as it is, simplicity is sometimes best.
EDIT: It may look better if they were on speeders, like in the original.

All this is is a tan base with a dewback and some figs on it. I like the idea, but the MOC itself is meh. Not really as cool as what you usually make.

In the movie, the pumpkin head was the fake.
I'd say what other people would say. Pretty much just minifigs and dewback slapped on a baseplate with layered sand.
