WWII Figures
Yep, the title says it all. I'm not stopping star wars, but I have a series of 16x16 Vigs planned, and these'll be the characters in them. Keep in mind, If I had paypal I'd buy BF Helmets and BA weapons.
The Allies:

The Axis (Sorry for the terrible picture):

<snip again>
And my Flickr set.
So, C&C please! Tell me what torso's to change, what faces, what other torsos I could use for axis/allies, anything! Enjoy!

Since alot of the older figs were crap, I revised them. New and improved. Keep in mind, I'm getting Paypal (hopefully) for my B-day in 10 Days and I've already made a list of BrickArms and BrickForge I'd like.

C&C is welcome. Enjoy!

Re: WWII Figures
It's ok, but the Allies general looks odd. 3 belts?

But remember, something is required to access the secret vault within DP that is the heart of gold.

Maybe he has really baggy pants.
I like the figs, and that ghillie suit technique is great!

Excellent job on those troopers, I very like your purist paintings.
Purist Paintings. Indeed.
Re: WWII Figures
Yes, I know DP, three belts is a bit much, but those pants just fit perfectly to the torso, and it's not a general. And the ghillie suit isn't the best, but there's nothing better for a purist.
Thanks for all the comments so far guys!
2 comments? Are we turning into FBTB'ers?

Hey, these are really good for purist! The only thing I think you should swap out is the torso with the bunch of circles. It just looks weird.

Awesome minifigs, man! But, as I keep telling people, the rocket launcher is called a panzer[i]sheck

If, then it's a Panzerfaust, and it's Panzerschreck, not panzersheck.
But thanks for the comment!

The one-use rocketlauncher is the panzerfaust, it's just a tube with a rocket in front. The German version of the bazooka is the panzerschrek, you can recognize this at it's large shield which was put there because of the hot exhaust flames the rocket made.

Re: WWII Figures
Yes and Panzerfaust's were also used in infantry only, they only had one shot. They were really just so the infantry wouldn't get more massacred if an Allied tank showed up. They were pivotal though.

Yes yes, God forbid we correct a newer member.
Some of the torsos aren't great but they're fine.

Nice Figs!
They look kind if like German African Korps, though. You should give them brown parts.
