44th Fuseripper Corps

Post  Alpha on Thu Jun 18, 2009 2:26 pm

Jedi Joe has command over this Corps for now.

44th Fuseripper Corps

One of the more 'tactically efficient' Corps' in the Grand Army of the Republic, the 44th Fuseripper Corps was commissioned like any other. However, the skills of it's commanders, and the willingness of it's troopers quickly changed that, and the Corps became a force to be reckoned with. Many non-Clone Officers have been hired to serve in the 44th, which improves the Corps' morale. The 44th's Main Office is on Coruscant, with twelve other Tactical Command Offices stationed around the Mid-Rim. The 44th is also commanded from the Seeker, a Venator-class Star Destroyer damaged in battle that was reconstructed using General Tharmon's technology. Vast databanks of information are stored there, consisting of constantly updated information by hundreds of NCOs.

Commanders

NCO-17092RT (General Raith Tharmon)

A hard-hearted verteran, Raith was born into a wealthy family working in CEC.In such, everyone expected him to continue the family's legacy by joining the prestigous CEC, except he ruined everything after killing a Corellia SecForce Guard. Fleeing his home planet, he started down the path of a bounty hunter. After a fateful encounter with CC-1666, who he had almost killed, his skill was acknoledged, and was offered a position within the 44th Fuseripper Corps. Accepting the offer, he quickly reformatted the Corps, and brought order to any mischief. Many troopers had great respect for Tharmon, despite his views towards Clones. Tharmon's office resides in the 44th Galactic Headquarters, and uses his skills to create new applications for Clone Troopers in the field, occasionally joining them to see his gadgets in action.

CC-1666 (Clone Marshal Commander Treth)

Commissioned to serve the Grand Army of the Republic as the leader of the 44th Fuseripper Corps. When High Jedi General Shako was killed after leading two brigades of troopers into trap, Treth was disheartened. After facing heavy losses in Geonosis, the 44th and it's Legions were pulled back to Kamino, while the 95th and Legion Zero were deployed to other Mid-Rim planets. Having a certain dislike for Jedi, due to their indifference about Clone Troopers at Geonosis, he quickly declined General Sako's replacement, and instead made it his objective to seek out a capable NCO. After an assassination attempt, he quickly recruited Raith Tharmon, and who has led the Corps ever since. Treth commands the 44th aboard the heavily modified Venator-class Star Destroyer Seeker, instead of in the 44th Galactic Headquarters.

Legions

704th Tactical Enforcer Legion - Led by Jedi General Arth Zephanas and CC-7093 (Senior Clone Commander Viper)

An unnaturally ferocious Legion, the 704th has only a few ranks of Clone Troopers, who are versatile and very efficient. However, the actions of it's leaders have brutally changed the generic Clone Troopers, who believe in discipline and indifference.

727th Legion - Led by Jedi General Seph Groundglider and CC-1797 (Senior Clone Commander Blazer)

The 727th Legion has had several changes in leadership, with heavy casualties at Geonosis. Though they are some of the most advanced Clones in the Grand Army, and are deployed into harsh sieges by the 44th. The 727th has also been known to recruit non-Clone Officers, and have them serve as regiment commanders, which greatly assist with leadership.

95th Assault Legion - Led by Jedi General Craig Vero and CC-1195 (Senior Clone Commander Torran)

Bred specifically for battle, the 95th's troopers are trained in espionage and assassination, as well as Close Quarters Battle. They are more independent than your regular fodder, and are very efficient when working with other Legions. The Legion consists of many assault walkers and heavy infantry, which lead the 44th to victory.

Legion Zero - Led by Jedi General Tela and CC-[UNKNOWN] (Senior Clone Commander Nav)

A classified Legion, very little is known about Legion Zero. However, they have been deployed into the Outer Rim many times, and are hardened veterans of the Clone Wars.

Can we update that picture?

Also, don't we need all four legion crests (thumbnails) in a chart somewhere?

No, that is unnessecary, for I have links to each Legion page. However, I could create one, as we did that a while back.

EDIT: Shiat, I deleted our Legion crest off my harddrive when I had to fix my computer. Do you have a version? I could always remake it, or get a new version. I'm also adding a description, and may actually get a nice format into the page.

Thanks, TB. I'll sharpen it up a bit.

Could you all PM me a short 2 sentence description about your legion, with your Clone Commander's serial number and nickname, and the full name of your Jedi General? I'm working on a table.

Having faith in two staffers and one epic Sharpie master (Joe in this case) will be his downfall? Wink
