As for it not being straight, shoot me down if you want! But dose it really matter?? Its just to show how it can be done, Isn't it??
Um..I was talking about clonecommanderz84's minifigure he linked to:

It looks ok but yeah it does look a little crooked. The body, face and the arms are good but the legs need to be straighten out a little more in my opinion.

Seriously though, that paper decal's waaaay too big, and it's crooked. Try resizing it - and try some sticker paper; it sticks better to the torso, in my opinion.
Well that was my first one.

Re: What you need to know about stickers
Actually normal paper works pretty well. I have a sealer/glue/glaze material that I put over top of decals and it looks really nice

Then I reiterate. It needs a lot of work. Please take in mind my advice, and next time it'll look fantastic, I have no doubt.

What kind of sticker paper should I use? The papery kind Or is there another kind?
Re: What you need to know about stickers
You can get transparent sticker paper, but for that you need a clean, white torso. So you could use white torsos, or brasso a clone torso in order to get it to be clean white...
I personally have no experience with stickers/decals, and am only assuming that they work logically.

Thanks, but where can I get transparent sticker paper?
Re: What you need to know about stickers
OfficeMax has both white and clear. It's the Avery brand and it's called Sticker Project Paper. On he front it'll show if it's white or clear.

Re: What you need to know about stickers
This is just something I did with the 2 sticker sets I have applied
.
What I do is that I get a toothpick, and follow DP's method until step 2. What I do instead, is I leave a small flap on the side, and seperate the two sections using my fingernail, then stuff the toothpick inside, widening the gap until it pokes out the other end. Then I cut down using a sawing motion until I reach one end, then I peel the rest off with some stickers.

Yea that's basically the same idea as when you use tweezers.

When I get you items I will try both and see if it makes a difference.

Well, aside from the danger that you might push the toothprick too hard and through the sticker, no.

Oh well, I just find the toothpick technique easier.

Re: What you need to know about stickers
You can just pull it completely off with your fingernail. Stop making it so complicated! The hard parts are getting your fingernail in the right spot to peel, and applying the stickers.
